We want you to be fully satisfied with your Boody purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resaleable condition.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any local Post Office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
